Payroll Compliance Specialist

At AusNet Services, we're seeking a dynamic Payroll Compliance Specialist to support our People Operations team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy complex problem-solving, are detail-oriented, and can communicate effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer our Wage Compliance program, ensuring adherence to legislative obligations and deadlines.
- Analyse large datasets to identify trends and inform action, leveraging Excel and/or PowerBI skills.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share insights, lessons learned, and best practices.
- Develop and deliver training materials, guides, and communications to support the People function.
Requirements:
- Experience in compliance, payroll, or human resources, with a focus on administration and process management.
- Understanding of industrial awards, enterprise agreements, and payroll systems, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
