The role of a Procure to Pay (P2P) Process Excellence Specialist is pivotal in improving compliance, visibility, and efficiency across procurement and accounts payable functions.
This specialist will lead the standardisation and enhancement of P2P processes across business units and ERP systems. The primary goal is to drive operational excellence and process optimisation through effective governance and strategic initiatives.
- Standardise and implement P2P processes across ERPs and sites.
- Maintain a governed, version-controlled central process repository to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Align frameworks with global process owners and governance standards to promote best practices.
- Enhance reporting capabilities and actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Lead training and change management to embed new processes and support continuous improvement.
To be successful, you will need to possess extensive P2P experience with strong process design and governance expertise. Additionally, working knowledge of SAP/M3 and process mapping tools like Visio is required.
As a proactive and analytical professional, you will thrive in cross-functional environments and be confident engaging with stakeholders across all levels. Skilled in automation and digital transformation, you will have excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
