This role involves driving growth in the education sector through strategic partnerships and account management.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience closing deals in SaaS or adjacent technologies, a hunter mindset, territory planning skills, and excellent communication abilities across multiple stakeholders.
Responsibilities- Drive new business opportunities across schools and expand existing client relationships.
- Create a sales pipeline by developing targeted outreach strategies, running campaigns, and converting leads into successful deals.
- Tailor value propositions to meet the needs of curriculum leaders, ICT teams, and executive sponsors.
- Forecast and report on sales performance, managing a clean pipeline in CRM systems and meeting monthly/quarterly targets.
- Develop strong relationships with clients by traveling for meetings, events, and product demos, acting as a brand ambassador.
- Collaborate with marketing and local sales teams to test, learn, and scale effective strategies.
- 3+ years of experience closing deals in SaaS or adjacent technologies (education sector experience preferred).
- Hunter mindset: proactive, enthusiastic, and comfortable initiating new connections.
- Territory planning discipline and effective time management.
- Excellent communicator: able to articulate value propositions across various stakeholders.
- Data-driven decision making: using metrics to prioritize and improve sales performance.
- CRM experience and solid forecasting habits.
- Willingness to travel within designated territories when required.
