This is a pivotal role within our Growth Team at the Sydney office. With 15 years of experience serving the Australian education sector, we're well-established and respected among K-12 schools.

We're seeking a School Growth Specialist to help us expand in New South Wales. Your mission will be to learn about school challenges and articulate how our solutions can assist teachers, administrators, and school leaders focus on essential tasks - enabling schools to enhance parent engagement, reduce administrative burdens, and dedicate more time to delivering great learning experiences.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate new business opportunities from incoming leads and targeted outbound lead generation.
  • Leverage and contribute to refining our lead generation process.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team & Marketing teams to develop a regional sales strategy and execution plan.
  • Be responsible for reaching and exceeding quarterly targets for qualified leads, demos, and customers signed.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge on our product and participate in regular training & informational sessions.
  • Support and attend local and national marketing events.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with the Onboarding and Training Team to bring new Customers onto the Compass Platform efficiently.
  • Pipeline management including documenting, tracking, and following up on all active opportunities.
