Schools Growth Manager

This is a critical role within our Growth team at the Sydney office.

With 15 years serving the Australian education sector, we need you to help drive further success.

About This Role

As a Schools Business Development Manager, you'll generate new business opportunities from both incoming leads and targeted outbound lead generation.

You'll learn, leverage and contribute to refining our lead generation process.

Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team & Marketing teams to develop a regional sales strategy and execution plan.

Be responsible for reaching and exceeding quarterly targets for qualified leads, demos and customers signed.

Key Qualifications
  • Proven background selling to the education sector.
  • Understand the ins and outs of school operations.
  • Ability to consult, guide, and prioritise schools' needs.
