Drive Sales and Growth in the Education Sector

The role of School Engagement Specialist is a key position in driving sales and growth within the education sector. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, business acumen, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the lifecycle of customer relationships, from initial engagement to ongoing support.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive category/portfolio growth, meeting customer expectations and delivering business results.
  • Build and maintain relationships with school bodies, boards, and procurement teams, seeking opportunities to grow the business and brand.
  • Attend trade conferences and events, identifying new business opportunities.
Requirements
  • A driven, client-focused professional with a passion for achieving targets and finding innovative solutions for customers.
  • 5+ years' experience in B2B sales and account development, preferably in office supplies and technology solutions for education.
  • Strong understanding of customer needs, sales principles, and pipeline management.
  • Excellent time management, organisational skills, and analytical mind.
  • Experience using Salesforce is highly desirable.
