Job DescriptionA Casual Educator at Goodstart Early Learning will be a flexible, team-oriented professional, supporting our centres and children wherever and whenever needed. This role involves:
- Actively contributing to the education program in the room and centre team
- Engaging and supervising children at all times
- Maintaining a safe environment for children, families, and team members
- Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with children and families
- Complying with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures
We offer above award wages and a casual leave loading allowance. Our salary range is approximately AU$35-45 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
RequirementsTo succeed as a Casual Educator at Goodstart Early Learning, you'll need:
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current QLD Working with Children Check / Blue Card
