About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Educational Leader to join our team at Goodstart Early Learning. As an Educational Leader, you will play a key role in leading and developing our educational programs, working closely with our centre leadership team to drive transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of educational programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  • Collaborate with educators to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children.
  • Deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework.
  • Lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.

About Our Centre:

Our centre is a small, intimate learning environment located directly opposite a school and close to shopping centres, transport, and residential estates. We have a long-standing team of educators who are friendly and welcoming, providing high-quality care and daily learning opportunities, aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  • Current Qld Working with Children Check.
