Goodstart Early Learning is committed to delivering high-quality early learning experiences that empower children to reach their full potential. As a leading provider of early education, we're seeking a skilled and dedicated Casual Educator to join our team.
Our salary package includes above award wages and a casual leave loading allowance, providing a competitive compensation structure for this role. We estimate the annual salary to be around $45,000-$55,000 based on 20 hours of work per week, depending on experience and qualifications.
About the RoleWe're looking for a flexible and team-oriented professional who can support our centres and children wherever and whenever needed. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures every child has enriching and responsive learning experiences.
Key responsibilities include:
- Actively contributing to the education program in the room and the centre team
- Engaging and supervising the children at all times
- Maintaining a safe environment for children, families, and team members
- Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with children and families
- Complying with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current QLD Working with Children Check / Blue Card
