Early Childhood Educator Role at Sparrow Early Learning

We are seeking experienced and imaginative Early Childhood Educators to join our team at Sparrow Early Learning Browns Plains. As a Studio Assistant Educator, you will play a vital role in creating a safe and supportive environment for children to thrive.

About the Role

  • Work collaboratively with a dedicated team to provide high-quality childcare services
  • Develop and implement engaging learning programs that cater to individual children's needs and interests
  • Maintain open communication with families through regular updates and progress reports
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in early childhood education

Requirements

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Proven experience in working with young children, preferably in an educational setting
  • Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current Working with Children Check and First Aid certification

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package, including:

  • $65,000 - $75,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience
