Senior Tax Manager

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications and Requirements
  • Minimum 7 years of extensive U.S. taxation work experience, with a focus on investment funds or international corporate structures.

  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a demonstrated track record of delivering superior results and achieving strategic objectives.
  • Strong leadership skills, including the ability to inspire, motivate, and empower team members to achieve their full potential.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Essential background in Financial Services, with expertise in private equity and/or hedge funds required.
