Leadership Role for Business Services Professional

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow a client portfolio
  • Review work prepared by junior team members
  • Provide tax and business advisory to clients
  • Mentor and develop junior team members
  • Liaise directly with clients offering commercial and strategic advice
  • Drive process improvement and contribute to innovation within the team
Requirements:
  • CA/CPA qualified
  • 5+ years' experience in public practice
  • Prior experience managing client relationships and reviewing files
  • Strong knowledge of business services, tax compliance, and advisory
  • Confident communicator with leadership capabilities
