  • Manage international tax compliance across multiple regions, covering corporate, indirect, and withholding taxes.
  • Maintain a strong tax governance framework to ensure compliance and audit readiness.
  • Develop and implement transfer pricing and intercompany funding strategies aligned with global standards.
  • Advise on tax implications for new markets, product launches, and cross-border transactions.
  • Collaborate with Treasury and finance teams on forecasting, cash flow, and related obligations.
  • Liaise with external advisors, regulators, and auditors on filings and planning.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and provide insights on risks and opportunities to leadership.

The ideal candidate will possess experience as a corporate tax professional, preferably with a chartered background (Big 4 or large mid-tier). They should also have a strong understanding of international corporate tax, transfer pricing, and indirect tax. A background working in a high-growth or established organisation, with exposure to international markets, is highly desirable.
