Strategic Tax Leadership Position

This role offers an executive leadership platform with real strategic influence, a premium client base and multi-disciplinary collaboration.
The Director, Business Services & Tax will lead the division's strategic direction and champion innovation and quality.
- Set strategic direction for the division and champion innovation and quality.
- Manage a significant portfolio delivering proactive tax planning structuring and commercial advisory.
- Build trusted relationships and broaden service lines across the firm.
- Lead coach and grow a high-performing team.
- Own divisional financials budgets profitability WIP debtors and delivery efficiency.
- Contribute to the executive leadership group and firm-wide initiatives.
The successful applicant will be:
- A CA or CPA with 10+ years in public practice including senior leadership.
- Have deep technical strength in Australian taxation structures and reporting.
- Proven in business development and portfolio growth with SMEs corporates and HNW.
- An authentic leader who coaches lifts standards and drives accountability.
- Commercial influential and comfortable operating at executive level.
This opportunity presents a director-level package with a base salary range of $220k–$280k + super + bonus commensurate with impact.
