About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Coordinator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are looking to develop their skills in project management.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating workflows between Operations and Site Management teams, ensuring the efficient execution of projects. They will work closely with our team members to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes that increase productivity and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate inspections, fencing notices, and compliance documentation
  • Maintain and update project documentation and QA records
  • Organize council approvals and manage related communications
  • Track construction progress and support claim management
  • Attend meetings, record minutes, and follow up on actions
Requirements:
  • Minimum 12 months' experience in a similar role
  • Strong administrative and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Click Home is a plus
  • Effective problem-solving and initiative
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and documents
