We are seeking a skilled IT professional to fill the role of Helpdesk and Support Technician.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and time management skills, with a strong understanding of Microsoft 365 support, deployment, and administration. They will also have knowledge of current Microsoft desktop, server, and office platforms, as well as computer hardware and documentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to requests for IT support services in a timely and effective manner
  • Install, upgrade, and repair computer hardware and software
  • Monitor, identify, and resolve network and hardware faults
  • User administration within multiple platforms
  • Maintain high levels of customer service at all times and portray a professional attitude reflective of the business

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • 1 year of experience in an IT helpdesk support role
  • Knowledge of ConnectWise ticketing systems
  • Excellent documentation skills
  • A valid Australian driver's license
