Job Description

We operate collection centers that make a positive difference in people's lives through the collection and resale of gently used goods.

Our mission is to provide financial support to assist men and women with social and spiritual afflictions by offering a clean and healthy living environment, good food, work therapy, leisure time activities, group and individual counseling, and spiritual direction.

Our goal is to develop life skills and a personal relationship with God through Jesus Christ.

Responsibilities:
  • Receive and receipt all donated material courteously and efficiently.
  • Safeguard all donated material and assigned equipment.
  • Advise donors of unacceptable materials.
  • Maintain neatness and cleanliness of the collection center and surrounding area.
  • Sort and load trailers.
  • Ensure no unauthorized personnel enter the Collection Center.
  • Ensure no merchandise is kept, sold, or diverted without direction from Administrator(s).
  • Report complaints, damage, and unsafe conditions to the supervisor immediately.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • The ability to lift 100 pounds.

This role contributes to recycling goods that recycle and repair broken lives.
