We are seeking a highly skilled specialist to join our training team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for evolving our P-8A Poseidon Training courseware and scenarios.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct interactive and self-paced courseware development and amendment to meet customer requirements.
  • Virtual mission scenario generation to ensure simulated training events meet operator requirements and learning outcomes.
  • Administration of Learning Management System to host courseware, assessment instruments, course enrollment and paneling for sessions.
About the Role:
  • Experience in maritime patrol reconnaissance and training methodology applicable to synthetic training environments.
  • Demonstrated experience in Learning Management System administration.
  • Courseware manipulation and development experience using MS office and Adobe Creative suite software tools, including animation and presentation generation.
  • Experience interpreting customer training requirements to ensure courseware reflects learning outcomes.
  • Certificate IV Training and Assessment qualification or equivalent.
