Key Responsibilities

We seek an expert to contribute to the development of sustainable transport and infrastructure solutions.

Main Activities
  • Coordinate improvement initiatives in line with the Volvo Performance System (VPS) framework.
  • Maintain and review operational procedures to support excellence.
  • Support risk identification, mitigation, and compliance activities across the site.
  • Assist with safety investigations and coordinate actions with relevant partners.
  • Contribute to the annual improvement plan and manage key deliverables.
  • Ensure clear communication of legislative updates and safety processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful, you should have:

  • Experience in warehouse operations.
  • Coordinating improvement or safety processes in an operational setting is essential.
  • You should be able to manage small projects and present information to teams.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities are required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; experience with Visio and Power BI is a plus.
  • Familiarity with improvement methods like Root Cause Analysis, 5S, or Kaizen is highly regarded.
  • A Certificate IV or equivalent experience in Safety or Improvement is highly valued.
