Job Summary

This is a challenging opportunity for an individual to contribute to the improvement of operational processes within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and implement continuous improvement initiatives that align with our performance framework.
  • Maintain and review standard operating procedures to ensure operational excellence.
  • Support risk management activities across the site, including identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Assist with investigations into safety incidents and coordinate actions with relevant stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development of the annual continuous improvement plan and manage key deliverables.
  • Ensure clear communication of regulatory updates and safety information.
Requirements
  • Experience in warehouse operations or a similar environment.
  • Proven track record of coordinating continuous improvement or safety initiatives.
  • Ability to manage small projects and present information to teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with continuous improvement methods such as root cause analysis, 5S, or kaizen.
  • Certificate IV or equivalent experience in safety or continuous improvement is highly desirable.
