Job Title: Warehouse Operations Coordinator

Job Description:

This is a customer-facing and operations-focused role that coordinates warehouse and transport operations to ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective service delivery for domestic and international customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Compile and distribute performance reports (DIFOT, WMS extracts, KPI packs).
  • Act as the first point of contact for customer service performance queries.
  • Coordinate daily warehouse administration: inbound scheduling, order processing, packing, and dispatch.
  • E nsure commercial accuracy in billing and quotations.
  • Monitor warehouse flows and capacity, ensuring accurate forecasting.
  • Maintain strong visibility on the warehouse floor to support communication and issue resolution, whilst promoting and supporting a safe working culture through HSE initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proficiency in MS Office, Warehouse Management Systems, and CargoWise1.
  • Strong Excel and reporting skills with high attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of billing, quotations, and commercial documentation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in coordinating road transport movements.
  • A proactive, resilient, and commercially focused mindset.
  • Commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
