Warehouse Process Improvement Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Service Market Logistics team as a Continuous Improvement Coordinator and Coach.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate Culture Change Initiatives aligned with the Performance System framework.
- Maintain and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support Operational Excellence.
- Support Risk Identification, Mitigation, and Compliance Activities across the site.
- Assist with Safety Investigations and Coordinate Actions with Relevant Partners.
- Experience in Warehouse Operations.
- Coordinating Experience with CI or Safety Processes in an Operational Setting.
- Ability to Manage Small Projects and Present Information to Small Teams.
- Strong Organisational Skills with the Ability to Manage Multiple Priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Understanding of Culture Change Methods like Root Cause Analysis, 5S, or Kaizen.
