Enhance the lives of aged care residents by becoming a Coordinator of Resident Wellbeing.

This dynamic role involves developing and delivering diverse wellbeing programs, learning new technology, and coordinating a lifestyle team to improve residents' physiological, physical, and emotional wellbeing.

The ideal candidate will have a Diversional Therapy qualification or equivalent, and at least 2 years experience as a Wellbeing or Lifestyle Coordinator in aged care.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering quality lifestyle programs with creativity, compassion, and supportiveness
  • Leading the Wellbeing Activities staff with leadership skills
  • Building positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
  • Maintaining resident dignity and respect for cultural diversity

Successful applicants will possess strong communication skills, proficiency with technology, software, and social media, and be self-reflective, problem-solving, and proactive.
