We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Care Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in providing exceptional care to our residents and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Job Description:

The Senior Care Coordinator is responsible for leading and supervising care teams on shifts, ensuring that care provision is holistic and person-centred. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing social and emotional support to all residents, promoting their well-being and dignity.
  • Collaborating with care teams to coordinate the needs of residents, including medication management, nutrition, and hydration.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant qualification, such as a Diploma of Enrolled Nursing or Certificate IV in Ageing Support.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively at all levels.
  • A high level of commitment, integrity, and trustworthiness.
  • The ability to understand and use information technology and programs, with a willingness to learn new skills.
