Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Change Analyst + Change Manager. This exciting opportunity involves driving organizational transformation and ensuring smooth transitions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing change management strategies and plans on a Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) transformation project.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute change management strategies and plans aligned with project goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business stakeholders, and project managers, to understand business requirements.
  • Conduct impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, and change readiness assessments to identify potential risks and resistance to change.
  • Design and deliver effective communication plans, training materials, and support resources to ensure employees understand and embrace the changes brought about by PLM transformation.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management activities, making adjustments as needed to ensure successful outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Change Analyst/Manager, preferably with experience in PLM or Oracle Cloud projects.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive change initiatives, influence stakeholders, and manage resistance to change effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience in developing and delivering training programs and change-related communications.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
  • Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is a bonus.
  • Knowledge of PLM systems (e.g., Siemens Teamcenter, PTC Windchill) or Oracle Cloud solutions (e.g., Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle HCM Cloud) is highly desirable.
