As a seasoned hospitality professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and leading high-performing teams in our five-star property.
- This role involves coordinating arrivals and departures with luggage delivery and collection.
- You will also provide information on services and facilities within the property to guests.
- Foster relationships across departments at The Star Grand is essential in this position.
- Assist the Concierge in rostering, training, and communications as required.
- Lead the Hotel Porters to ensure positive guest relations and a welcoming environment.

- Strong organisation and time management skills are essential for this role.
- Experience as a Bell Captain or similar position in a five-star property is desirable.
- A NSW Drivers license with a clean driving record is required.
