Main Responsibilities
- Exceed guest expectations through personalized service and proactive issue resolution
- Develop and implement effective customer retention strategies to drive repeat business
- Manage updates and feedback to improve processes and services
- Lead, inspire, coach, and develop the team to achieve operational excellence
- Maintain safety and security standards, ensuring a secure environment for guests and staff
- Oversee financial transactions in accordance with company policies
- Welcome guests and engage the team in daily initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work environment
Requirements
Previous experience as a Senior Duty Manager or Front Office Manager is preferred.
