Overview of the role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Digital Optimisation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Digital Practice, you will be responsible for supporting the Acquisition & Growth Value Stream by championing digital optimisation for acquisition and onboarding activities.

In this hands-on role, you will work closely with internal stakeholders at all levels to identify opportunities for uplifting conversion rates across campaigns, public web, and authenticated platforms. You will develop conversion rate optimisation strategies to align with value stream objectives and use data analytics tools to monitor and report on CRO performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop conversion rate optimisation strategies to align with business objectives

  • Use data analytics tools to monitor and report on CRO performance and provide insights and recommendations

Requirements:
  • 5+ years' experience in digital optimisation
  • Working knowledge of customer-centric design processes (UX/information architecture, etc), AB testing (Adobe Target), and analytics
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Platform desirable (Target, AEM, and Adobe Analytics) or another comparable platform
  • Able to establish and grow strong relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Experience leading the delivery of small/medium-sized projects from requirements gathering, documentation, production release management, and ongoing optimisation
