Role Summary

We are seeking a Digital Performance Expert to lead the delivery of digital optimisation projects across various channels.

About the Role:

  • Leverage data-driven decision making to improve user experience and drive business growth
  • Develop conversion rate optimisation strategies to align with business objectives
  • Identify opportunities for uplift in conversion rates across campaigns, public web, and authenticated platforms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement CRO recommendations
  • Monitor and report on CRO performance using analytics tools and provide insights and recommendations
  • BUILD strong relationships within the business through effective communication and project management

Key Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital optimisation
  • Working knowledge of customer-centric design processes (UX/information architecture, etc.) and AB testing
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (Target, AEM, and Analytics) or similar tools
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
