Expert Data Insights Specialist

This role will work at the intersection of digital content, analytics, and platform integration to shape, support, and improve digital journeys within a regulatory and customer-focused environment.

About the Role:
  • Manage and analyse digital content and structure using Sitecore CMS, including templates, components, and workflows.
  • Partner with business and technical teams to support API-driven integrations across member portals and third-party platforms.
  • Develop analytical solutions that inform decisions and improve user experience through metrics analysis and data visualisation.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers and developers to continuously improve digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure all digital experiences meet compliance standards relevant to superannuation (e.g. RG 97).
  2. Support A/B testing, personalisation strategies, and digital campaign execution.
  3. Provide regular digital insights reports using tools like Google Analytics, Sitecore Experience Analytics, or Power BI.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years' experience in a digital analyst or related field.
  • Proficiency in Sitecore CMS and strong experience with digital data and analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
