The Opportunity

This is an 18-month, full-time, fixed-term opportunity.

Working within the Commercial Performance Squad, as a Senior Digital Analyst joining Medibank, you will play a key role in improving our digital performance to support better health and wellbeing outcomes for Australia. In this role, you'll use your digital analytics skills and problem-solving abilities to help Medibank make data-driven decisions that enhance our digital presence, improve customer journeys, and strengthen our business outcomes.

As a pivotal member of our team, you'll analyse and optimise performance across our digital channels, ensuring an exceptional user experience while collaborating with key stakeholders from the customer acquisition squad.

Your impact

• Digital analysis: Analysis of digital performance against KPIs, uncovering trends and insights to guide strategic decision-making.Use analytics tools to address important business questions, translating data into clear, practical recommendations to improve digital channels.
• Performance leadership: Manage Adobe Analytics setup and optimisation for accurate measurement of prospect and member activities.
• Stakeholder collaboration: Act as the digital analytics contact, aligning analytics with business objectives and fostering collaboration.Collaborate with teams across the business to promote the use of data-driven insights and digital strategies that align with Medibank's goals.

Who are you?

A Digital Analyst with a passion for using data to drive digital performance and business outcomes. With a strong background in Adobe Analytics, you're skilled at turning data into insights that improve customer experiences.

You are a problem solver who enjoys understanding the "why" behind digital performance metrics and translating complex data into clear, actionable insights. Your analytical mindset and attention to detail mean you don't just report on numbers; you look beyond the data to uncover patterns and recommend impactful changes.

Your communication skills allow you to convey technical insights in a way that's easy for others to understand, helping to build support for data-driven initiatives.

You bring a proactive approach to identifying areas for improvement, take ownership of your work, and continuously seeking ways to optimise digital performance.

What We're Looking For

• A strong foundation in Adobe Analytics, with experience interpreting digital data to improve business performance.
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and manipulation, with a clear understanding of how to apply these tools to drive insights.
• A collaborative approach with excellent stakeholder management skills, enabling you to manage expectations and build productive relationships.
• A proactive, self-motivated approach to tackling tasks, prioritising effectively, and driving projects to completion.
