Your role will involve leading the daily activities of the Quality Team, establishing and maintaining the team as a vital component of the Quality Assurance department, contributing to the site's quality management system.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Quality Team daily, including planning, execution, and reporting.

- Implement effective performance indicators and goal setting to drive team success.
- Align QA Team goals with business strategy.
- Tertiary education in a science or engineering-based field, or relevant industry experience.
- Extensive knowledge of cGMP required.
- Able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency required.
