This role offers an excellent opportunity for a senior leader to utilize their expertise in ICT change management and apply it to a complex project, ensuring seamless transition and adoption by clinical and non-clinical staff.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing business readiness elements, defining and documenting change management activities, and promoting quality outcomes through the use of appropriate techniques and methodologies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing project teams to deliver high-level leadership and support change management activities
  • Developing and implementing the Change and Engagement strategy in collaboration with Clinical Informatics Change Managers
  • Mentoring and leading multi-disciplinary project team(s) to manage capability and resource development
  • Establishing stakeholder engagement forums and relationships to ensure strong user adoption and project success

This position requires strong leadership skills, combined with a good understanding of systems and processes, particularly in Sleep systems and processes, as well as HBCIS and ieMR. Experience working in similar environments is highly valued.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with the SSRP project team and business stakeholders to plan and implement the SSRP solution, focusing on business readiness, communications, and change management activities.

A key aspect of this role is developing and delivering training to staff, including creating supporting training collateral, and managing stakeholder expectations.

You will enjoy two pay runs per week without contractor fees, as a Queensland-based agency, we offer personalized service and are a Tier 1 supplier to the Queensland Government, providing genuine and friendly recruiters dedicated to securing the best opportunities for you.

**Estimated Salary Range:** AU$120,000 - AU$150,000 per annum, depending on experience. This salary range has been calculated based on industry standards for similar roles in Queensland.
