Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated to be between $127,843 and $136,896 per year. The company offers flexible working conditions, including remote work options, 12.75% superannuation, and leave loading.

Job Description

This role involves defining, planning, and managing change and communications management activities to support the implementation of projects within the CCSO reform agenda. The successful candidate will lead the implementation of contemporary and best practice change management strategies, as well as communications and engagement tactics.

  • Plan and execute change management activities to support the implementation of initiatives within the corrections environment across the state.
  • Work closely with the CCSO PMO Business Integrations Manager to ensure Business Readiness activities are planned, actioned, and monitored.
  • Develop and implement contemporary and best practice change management plans in collaboration with Portfolio Change (Transformation Office), Project Leadership, and Sponsors.
  • Collaborate with the project team, business units, and change champions to socialize, integrate, and embed changes.
  • Develop strong working relationships with stakeholders across the agency to manage expectations and support the change process.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Proven ability to provide advice to leaders on change progress, observations, and risks.
  • Formal qualifications in human resource management, change management, project management, or a related discipline would be highly regarded.
  • Change management certification with a recognized professional body would also be highly regarded.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering change management, communication, and engagement strategies within a large-scale project/program environment.
