We are seeking a seasoned Senior Safety Professional to lead the delivery of audits, safety reviews, and assurance activities across our airline group. This exciting opportunity will challenge you to drive continuous improvement and ensure ongoing compliance in aviation operations.

About the Role:

As a Senior Safety Professional, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing effective audit plans to evaluate the management systems and operational performance of our airlines;
  • Providing expert advice on safety support and process optimisation to stakeholders across multiple departments;
  • Collaborating with key teams to identify risk and improvement opportunities, and developing strategic recommendations to address these areas;
  • Maintaining knowledge of the latest aviation regulations and industry standards, including the IATA Operational Safety Audit Program (IOSA).
Your Background:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in aviation operations, preferably with experience in flight operations, cabin, airport, or engineering roles;
  • Professional qualifications in aviation management or safety; and
  • Sound knowledge of the aviation regulatory framework, with a focus on safety, health, security, quality, and environmental performance.
