About the Role:As a Senior Safety Professional, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing effective audit plans to evaluate the management systems and operational performance of our airlines;
- Providing expert advice on safety support and process optimisation to stakeholders across multiple departments;
- Collaborating with key teams to identify risk and improvement opportunities, and developing strategic recommendations to address these areas;
- Maintaining knowledge of the latest aviation regulations and industry standards, including the IATA Operational Safety Audit Program (IOSA).
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in aviation operations, preferably with experience in flight operations, cabin, airport, or engineering roles;
- Professional qualifications in aviation management or safety; and
- Sound knowledge of the aviation regulatory framework, with a focus on safety, health, security, quality, and environmental performance.
You will benefit from:
- An estimated annual salary of $120,000 - $160,000 AUD, depending on your level of experience and qualifications;
