Compassionate Community Caregiver

About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Specialist to provide high-quality care to seniors and people with disabilities living in the community.
As a Personal Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing personal care assistance with daily activities such as showering, dressing, and grooming. This will include assisting clients with their personal hygiene needs, ensuring they feel confident and comfortable throughout the day.
You will work closely with our experienced team of caregivers to ensure that each client receives tailored support to meet their individual needs and preferences. You will also assist with medication management and administration, preparing meals and snacks, cleaning and maintaining the client's home, and accompanying clients on outings and engaging them in social activities.
The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for delivering exceptional care and making a positive impact on people's lives. You will need to possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to maintain confidentiality at all times.
Key Requirements:
- Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Roadworthy and insured vehicle
- Experience working with technology, including smartphones and tablets
- Ability to satisfy relevant probity checks
