We provide around-the-clock care, so visits may be scheduled early morning, afternoon, evening, or overnight to meet our client\'s needs.ResponsibilitiesProvide a premium care experience to our clients that is genuine, compassionate and personalisedAssist clients with activities of daily living including personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transport and companionshipDeliver care in accordance with the client\'s care plan that has been developed by the Care Designer (Registered Nurse)Meet the safety needs of the client and use equipment safely and properlyComplete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly"Making Lives Better" Employee Rewards programWork with a supportive and dynamic teamOngoing trainingSkills & ExperiencePassionate about making a differenceA self-led leader with the ability to take responsibility for their own behaviour and successCoachablePrevious caregiving experience is an assetMust be able to speak and write in English.
Other languages will be an assetAbility to identify and report client care concerns to Care Designers when neededReliable way to get to and from the client\'s homesDrivers with their own vehicle will be an assetMandatory RequirementsEnrolled or Completed a minimum Cert III in either Aged Care, Community, Individual Support or Disability, or extensive industry experienceNational Police Check (Aged Care/ Vulnerable Persons Sector)Working With Children CheckNDIS Worker Orientation Module CompletionNDIS Worker Screener ClearanceApplication DetailsSalary insights available by applying.
