Compassionate Caregiver Wanted

This position involves supporting clients with various needs and goals, promoting independent living skills and implementing behaviour management strategies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting clients with daily chores and grocery shopping
- Accompanying clients to medical appointments and administering medication as required
- Engaging clients in social activities such as holidays, fishing, camping and beach trips
- Providing personal care and assistance as needed
- Development opportunities including CPI training
- A flexible casual roster for work-life balance
- A supportive team environment
- Annual flu vaccination and reimbursement for First Aid and CPR training
- Employee Recognition Programs
- Current Blue Card for Working with Children or eligibility to apply
- NDIS Worker Screening clearance or eligibility to apply
- Driver's licence and own vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- Completion of NDIS E-Learning modules
