">About the Role

This role involves providing personalized care and support to individuals in their own homes. As a caregiver, you will be responsible for assisting with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and transportation. You will also be required to work collaboratively with our team of healthcare professionals to ensure that our clients receive comprehensive care and support.

Responsibilities
  • Provide premium care experiences to clients that are genuine, compassionate, and personalized
  • Assist clients with activities of daily living including personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transport, and companionship
  • Deliver care in accordance with the client's care plan that has been developed by the Care Designer (Registered Nurse)
  • Meet the safety needs of the client and use equipment safely and properly
  • Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly
Requirements

We are looking for experienced caregivers who possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Passionate about making a difference in people's lives
  • A self-led leader with the ability to take responsibility for their own behavior and success
  • Coachable
  • Previous caregiving experience is an asset
  • Ability to identify and report client care concerns to Care Designers when needed
