About the Role

Making Lives Better and Happier Ageing are at the heart of what we do — enabling members of our ageing and disabled community to live a fulfilling life at home as long as possible, doing what they love to do. We provide around-the-clock care, so visits may be scheduled early morning, afternoon, evening, or overnight to meet our client\'s needs.

Responsibilities
  • Provide a premium care experience to our clients that is genuine, compassionate and personalised
  • Assist clients with activities of daily living including personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transport and companionship
  • Deliver care in accordance with the client\'s care plan that has been developed by the Care Designer (Registered Nurse)
  • Meet the safety needs of the client and use equipment safely and properly
  • Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly

Skills & Experience
  • Passionate about making a difference
  • A self-led leader with the ability to take responsibility for their own behaviour and success
  • Coachable
  • Previous caregiving experience is an asset
  • Must be able to speak and write in English. Other languages will be an asset
  • Ability to identify and report client care concerns to Care Designers when needed
  • Reliable way to get to and from the client\'s homes
  • Drivers with their own vehicle will be an asset
Mandatory Requirements
  • Enrolled or Completed a minimum Cert III in either Aged Care, Community, Individual Support or Disability, or extensive industry experience
  • National Police Check (Aged Care/ Vulnerable Persons Sector)
  • Working With Children Check
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module Completion
  • NDIS Worker Screener Clearance
