As a Personal Carer, you will be responsible for providing personalized care and assistance to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver personalized care and support to clients living in their own homes, promoting their independence and well-being.
• Establish strong relationships with clients, their families, and other stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Provide emotional support, companionship, and advocacy, helping clients to overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement, sharing knowledge and best practices with colleagues to enhance the quality of care and support services.

To succeed in this rewarding role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

• Certificate III Aged Care, Individual Support, or equivalent qualification.
• Current Australian driver's license and access to a reliable, insured vehicle.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and their families.
• Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 20kg, with physical demands of the role requiring moderate to heavy exertion.
