About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Commercial Director for Consumer Insights to lead our Omni Shopper Panel in Australia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management:
    • Develop and execute a commercial strategy to drive revenue growth and achieve operating plan targets.
    • Lead the annual operating plan setting process, ensuring realistic and ambitious targets are set.
    • Deliver sales presentations and pitches to secure new clients and grow existing relationships.
  • Commercial Strategy & Go to Market:
    • Develop and refine the commercial strategy for the Omni Shopper Panel in Australia, focusing on client acquisition and revenue growth.
    • Identify new clients to target and develop strategies to acquire them, working closely with the sales team to secure support and investment.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to the sales team, providing expertise and product knowledge to drive sales growth.
  • Product & Service Development:
    • Define and refine the positioning of the Omni Shopper Panel in the market, ensuring clear articulation of its benefits and value proposition.
    • Champion the Omni Shopper Panel product and service to internal and external clients, ensuring they are informed about the latest developments.
    • Represent the voice of consumers in Australia, ensuring alignment between client needs and product development.
Qualifications
  • Relevant client or agency experience with strong commercial leadership skills.
  • Proven track record in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Strong leadership and influence skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a diverse stakeholder group.
  • Experience working in matrixed organizations, with the ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
