Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Vehicle Panel Technician to join our team at Just Automotive Recruitment. About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for repairing and restoring the structural integrity and appearance of heavy vehicles, including trucks and trailers. Key Responsibilities
  • Perform panel beating, welding, and fabrication tasks on heavy vehicles to repair damage and restore functionality.
  • Conduct assessments and diagnose issues with vehicle panels, frames, and structural components.
  • Utilize a variety of tools and equipment to perform repairs, including but not limited to hammers, welders, grinders, and spray painting equipment.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used for each repair job.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Panel Beater, preferably in the heavy vehicle industry.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality workmanship.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Relevant certifications or qualifications in panel beating or automotive repair are preferred.
