Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will lead the development and execution of commercial strategies for the Omni Shopper Panel in Australia, driving revenue growth through strategic client acquisition. Key responsibilities include:

  • Financial Management: Achieve Operating Plan targets for Australia Omni Panel Shopping, identifying revenue gaps and devising plans to close them.
  • Commercial Strategy & Go-to-Market: Develop and execute sales plans, focusing on client acquisition, and lead the development of the commercial strategy for the Omni Shopper Panel in Australia.
  • Product & Service Development: Define and refine the positioning of the Omni Shopper Panel in the market, creating clarity in rate-card structures and developing compelling sales materials.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Extensive experience in developing and executing commercial strategies.
  • A proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Experience working in matrixed organizations and familiarity with navigating complex organizational structures.
