Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will lead the development and execution of commercial strategies for the Omni Shopper Panel in Australia, driving revenue growth through strategic client acquisition. Key responsibilities include:
- Financial Management: Achieve Operating Plan targets for Australia Omni Panel Shopping, identifying revenue gaps and devising plans to close them.
- Commercial Strategy & Go-to-Market: Develop and execute sales plans, focusing on client acquisition, and lead the development of the commercial strategy for the Omni Shopper Panel in Australia.
- Product & Service Development: Define and refine the positioning of the Omni Shopper Panel in the market, creating clarity in rate-card structures and developing compelling sales materials.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have:
- Extensive experience in developing and executing commercial strategies.
- A proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Experience working in matrixed organizations and familiarity with navigating complex organizational structures.
