Leadership Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and passionate educational leader to develop and implement high-quality educational programs for children aged 5-12 years.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Assistant Coordinator/Coordinator to ensure children's learning and development inform the design of the educational program.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement the educational program, ensuring compliance with policy and regulations.
- Liaise effectively with parents, staff, and external stakeholders to achieve program goals.
- Mentor and support educators in their understanding of the educational program and practice.
- Undertake administrative requirements, including record-keeping and reporting.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent, with demonstrated experience in Early Childhood Education.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the approved learning framework and evidence-based best practice approaches to teaching and learning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coach and mentor others.
- Current First Aid and CPR Certification, and willingness to obtain a Blue Card.
