The role of Coaching and Mentoring Partner is a critical component in the development of leadership capabilities within an organisation.
Reporting to the Leadership Capability Lead, this position is responsible for the design, development, coordination, and evaluation of all enterprise coaching, mentoring, and leadership assessment solutions.
This role will establish and maintain a comprehensive coaching and mentoring framework, actively promote the value of these solutions across the organisation, and provide specialist advice on how they integrate with learning, talent, and DEI initiatives.
Key responsibilities include contributing to the creation of the coaching and mentoring strategy, working with stakeholders to develop and implement coaching and mentoring frameworks and programs, integrating coaching, mentoring, and leadership assessments across relevant leadership development programs and cyclical talent management activities, establishing and reporting on key metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of coaching, mentoring, and assessment activity, and regularly reviewing and enhancing the coaching program based on feedback, best practice, and market advances.
Applicants should have tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, Organisational Development, or Learning discipline, certifications in a range of psychometric, 360-degree, or team diagnostics, knowledge of legislation, policies, and guidelines relating to workplace coaching and mentoring, high level of customer focus, ability to design and implement pragmatic processes, tools, and services related to coaching, mentoring, and assessment, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, high level of proficiency in written and verbal communication, excellent ability to manage and analyse data to generate insights and business decision making, and ability to manage multiple coaching and mentoring programs simultaneously.
Eligibility for a Negative Vetting Level 1 Defence security clearance is required for this role, applicants must be Australian citizens and either possess or be eligible to obtain and maintain appropriate clearances.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, Organisational Development, or Learning discipline
- Certifications in a range of psychometric, 360-degree, or team diagnostics
- Knowledge of legislation, policies, and guidelines relating to workplace coaching and mentoring
- High level of customer focus
- Ability to design and implement pragmatic processes, tools, and services related to coaching, mentoring, and assessment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of proficiency in written and verbal communication
- Excellent ability to manage and analyse data to generate insights and business decision making
- Ability to manage multiple coaching and mentoring programs simultaneously
