Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Marketing & Lead Generation Coordinator to support our brand presence, generate leads, and drive engagement across Chinese digital platforms.

The ideal candidate is fluent in Mandarin, understands Chinese social media platforms (WeChat, Xiaohongshu, Douyin etc.), has hands-on graphic design skills, and is results-driven in lead generation and digital marketing.

  • Manage and grow our presence across key Chinese social media platforms (WeChat, Weibo, Xiaohongshu, Douyin, etc.)
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation
  • Design engaging digital assets for social media, campaigns, and website marketing content
  • Localize marketing materials and messaging for the Chinese market
  • Track performance of campaigns and optimize for lead conversion

The successful candidate will work closely with our marketing and business development teams to build visibility and trust among prospective students and education partners in China.

Requirements
  • 4-5 years of experience in marketing, lead generation, or social media, preferably in the education or international student sector
  • Strong knowledge of Chinese digital platforms and marketing tools
  • Fluent in Mandarin (written and spoken) and proficient in English
  • Proficient in graphic design tools (e.g., Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
