We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Content Coordinator to join our team.

The ideal candidate has 4-5 years of experience in managing digital platforms, is fluent in Mandarin, understands Chinese digital landscape (WeChat, Xiaohongshu, Douyin etc.), has hands-on graphic design skills, and is results-driven in lead generation and content creation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute content marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement
  • Video production and editing: create content ideas for social media presence on different platforms
  • General maintenance and interaction on these platforms with our audience who comments and shares our content
  • Collaboration writing tailored copy with a clear focus on the strategy, and messaging at each respective stage of the campaigns
  • Create, optimize and present clear and detailed monthly reports on performance which will drive performance and growth across SEM and social platforms
  • Localize marketing materials and messaging for the Chinese market
  • Track performance of campaigns and optimize for lead conversion
  • Collaborate with global marketing teams
  • Stay updated on trends in Chinese student recruitment and digital marketing

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of experience in marketing, lead generation, or digital content creation, preferably in the education or international student sector
  • Strong knowledge of Chinese digital platforms and marketing tools
  • Fluent in Mandarin (written and spoken) and proficient in English
  • Proficient in graphic design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Experience working in a multicultural or global environment is a plus
