**The Role: Casual Marketing Specialist (Chinese Market)**

We're looking for a passionate and driven marketing creative to join our team on a casual basis. In this role, you'll focus on strengthening D1 Store's digital presence within the Chinese-speaking community in Australia, primarily through **Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book)** and **WeChat**.

If you've got a flair for content creation, community engagement, and social media storytelling — this is your opportunity to work with cutting-edge tech in a growing industry.

**What You'll Be Doing**

**Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book)**:

- Plan, create, and post engaging content — images, videos, and copy
- Stay up to date with trends, hashtags, and popular content formats
- Engage with followers and build a loyal online community

**WeChat**:

- Manage and maintain the official WeChat account
- Write and post compelling articles (both promotional and informative)
- Communicate with customers via group chats and direct messages to build an active community

**Marketing & Promotions**:

- Assist with planning and executing campaigns for the Chinese market
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop tailored marketing strategies
- Analyse campaign performance and optimise content based on data

**About You**
- Fluent in **Mandarin Chinese** (written and spoken) and proficient in **English**:

- Strong knowledge of **Xiaohongshu** and **WeChat** platforms
- Cin fident creating content — writing, editing, and visual storytelling
- Experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or social media is a bonus
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
