Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Data-Driven Insights Professional to join our team at Tabcorp.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in customer insights and research, with experience in strategic thinking and brand marketing.

You will be responsible for providing high-impact market and customer insights to shape and support strategy and drive business growth. This will involve managing research initiatives for TAB and Sky Racing, focusing on market, brand, and competitive insight.

  • Manage research initiatives for TAB and Sky Racing
  • Provide high-impact market and customer insights to shape and support strategy
  • Collaborate with teams across the business to ensure strategies, customer initiatives, and marketing activities are based on sound insights and data
What You'll Bring
  • Solid experience in insights and research roles (agency/client-side)
  • Strong knowledge of brand strategy and insights techniques + quantitative research
  • Articulate, engaging, and concise storytelling skills coupled with confident presentation
  • Expertise in contemporary research practices, trend analysis, and customer metrics in an omni-channel business
  • A high degree of proficiency using research analysis software (e.g., Q) and CX/survey tools (e.g., InMoment/Qualtrics)

$85,000 - $120,000 per annum
